”I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!”

Ja pedit pitää pedata itse ja lopuksi viedä petivaatteet pyykkiin. Huone pitää siivota, vessat pesta yms. lähtiessä. Ja siivous tarkistetaan lähdön yhteydessä. Edes WC-paperi ei kuulu hintaan, vaan sekin pitää itse hankkia, kuten tiskiharja yms. Ainakaan meillä ei ollut parisänkyä, kuten kuvissa vaan sohva, jossa...

”Terrible. Would not stay here again. Power continuously went out. Extremely loud, could not sleep. Walls are so thin you can hear people outside and in every room. Floors were so dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk does not help at all with any requests. Spend your money somewhere else. ”

”I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. ”Hyvä lokaatio ja hotellista suora pääsy rinteeseen. Huoneesta myös erinomaiset näkymät vuorille/laaksoon. Huoneen siisteyden taso oli vähintäänki ala-arvoinen: lakanoissa tahroja, seinissä kosteusvaurioita, huonetta ei siivottu/pyyhkeitä vaihdettu kertaakaan viikon reissun aikana. Vessapaperia sai yhden rullan kerrallaan kun sitä kävi jonottamassa alakerran vastaanotossa.”

”Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts bis auf einem Backofen. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein größeres Gepäck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche). Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird. Klopapier mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen !! ”Very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and was generally very run down. I felt like I was back in the college dorms, but worse. They were surprised we didn't travel with towels (apparently this is a think in Europe). They charged us 18 Euros for one towel that we then had to share between 4 people for the week. There is no pool and it's 10 euros to use the spa one time. The keys don't work if another key is in the lock (another thing that must be common). One of our roommates had to sleep in...

”We stayed on the Pichu wing. Everything was ok. You have to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags ect, which I felt was strange. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a toaster, stove top and microwave. We did cook a full meal one night for fun. The on-site restaurants are not worth it. ”Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier.”
