Tarjoamme kauniin mökki niille, jotka haluavat rentoutua ja nauttia elämästä. Jotta kaikille vieraillemme olisi reilua, viikkovuokraus on käytettävissä joka 7 päivän ajan, kunhan se sisältää vain 1 lauantai ja sunnuntai. (Kiitos) Meidän mökki on aivan kinderhook järven. Kävele kuistilla ja järvi on 10 "päässä. On olemassa kajakkeja omaan käyttöön tai tuoda oman kyaks kanootteja tai veneitä ja sitoa ne yhteen kahdesta telakat. Kalastus on hienoa ja voit jopa kalastaa pois telakasta, kuistista tai etelän nurmikosta, jos haluat! Talossa on 2 AC-yksikköä ja pakotettu lämminvesilämmitin. Ei ole parempaa tapaa rentoutua sitten illallisella tai vain muutamalla kylmällä ja nauttia järvinäkymistä. BBQ, pöytä sateenvarjo, istumapaikat 6 ja oleskelutilat ulkona kannella. Myös sisätiloissa on ruokapöytä, sohva, tv & ac. Alle 2 tuntia NYC noin 45 minuutin päässä Albany, Monticello, joten kaikki on lähellä. Kaikki on valmis viikon tai viikonlopun pakopaikkaan perheen ja ystävien kanssa (vain tuo omat liinavaatteet, 1 queen ja 1 parivuode) tai romanttinen viikonloppupassi u: lle ja erityiselle jollekin. Se on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on 4 polttelulaituri, uuni, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kaikki tarvittavat keittovälineet, ruokailuryhmät 6, astiat ja jopa kahvinkeitin. Se nukkuu 4 mukavasti 2 makuuhuonetta. Se on täysi kylpyamme suihkulla. Rented to visit my niece for a long weekend visit and avoid hotels. My niece and her Mom ended up day tripping to Kinderhook and they loved the location, the property, and getting out on the lake with paddleboards and kayaks. Very nice quiet area. Along with the lake, we enjoyed taking walks on the nearby trail that goes by horse farms. Overall great trip. John was a great host and answered any questions we had.

Our stay at Kinderhook Lake was the escape from the City that my family needed. The house and property were refreshingly comfortable and clean. The surrounding area could not be beat for a safe, quiet, and picturesque stay. John made sure that the check-in and out processes were simple and seamless. He was communicative and a true pleasure to speak with. We won't hesitate to stay here again, and to recommend the same to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay on Kinderhook lake. We kayaked and swam in the lake, my relatives came over for a BBQ and the kids fished off the dock. My dogs were comfortable and safe there which I always appreciate. It was very comfortable and we will definitely stay there again! Our host was very nice and helpful although we didn't have any issues he still made sure we were ok and knew how to get into the place and get everything turned on.

Gorgeous view from morning til night! We stayed here to be near RPI for our daughter's graduation, so we knew we'd be busy and not able to enjoy the area. Yet, being right on the lake was so relaxing and inviting. We loved it more than we expected. John was accommodating and gracious. The house was ready for us, and even though we arrived later than planned, that wasn't a problem. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, I would recommend staying here!

This is a cute house, right on the water. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Friendly neighborhood and dogs included. Our stay was perfect and bonus having the rail trail right there where you could walk and see the horse farms. Sunsets amazing and we even got pictures of Elon Musk’s satellite our last night there. John couldn’t be a nicer guy, so accommodating. Looking forward to planning another trip or two next year. Highly recommend it!!! Thank you John!!!

Had a nice three night stay at this cottage on the lake Host communicated well, and we enjoyed our stay Pet friendly location right on the water of Kinderhook lake, can walk from the grass into the lake and the lake is about 4 feet deep out about 100 feet. Some rocks near the shore, bring water shoes.

We are a family with 3 small children and this was a perfect space for us! It was very clean and well put together and had everything we needed! Communication all the way through was great and made the process very easy! I would highly recommend and we would definitely come back again!

We stayed here for three nights in later July 2022. The location is very peaceful and the views from the deck in the evening were beautiful. We kayaked a bit, explored the region a bit, read a lot, and just relaxed. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I'd definitely recommend this rental if you're looking for peace.

What a nice little place. It was just the two of us. We were literally right on the lake. Sitting out on the deck in the evening, watching the sunset as well as sunrise was super relaxing. John was GREAT to communicate with. I called him quite late one night and he responded with a text within 10 minutes. Very friendly too.

We had a very relaxing and wonderful vacation at John’s place. The lake view is a little slice of paradise. We spent so much time outside and enjoyed the view. Our girls had so much fun fishing and kayaking. The host, John, is so kind and is prompt in responding through texts and phone calls. It is a bonus that he has kind and friendly neighbors who helped as out as well. Thank you John for sharing your home to families like us to create lasting memories.
