”We had a very big room, the main room was already very big but then there was also an another sleeping room where was a bunk bed, so it would be good for 4 persons to sleep. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid).
