”Very disappointing experience. There were cobwebs everywhere, and honestly, who knows when the last time the room had been properly swept or cleaned. There were stains on the bed, the room had an unpleasant smell, and even the sink water smelled absolutely horrible. Overall, it just did not feel like a clean or sanitary space at all.
Communication was also extremely frustrating. When you try to speak with someone at the property, it is very difficult to understand them. I called this morning...

”Excellent location just 5-10 minutes from Albany Airport, with a selection of shopping and dining close by.
Check-in process was easy enough, and the fellow at the desk was pleasant and helpful. I left too early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but I'm sure this is a value added amenity for most guests.
The hotel itself is getting a little threadbare and needs to be renovated. HVAC system in my room was clunky, technology was dated and the bathtub had some ground in stain.”
