”The best hotel to enjoy the views and attractions in Sinaia! We initially chose this hotel because it has a trail to walk over to the Peleș and Pelișor Castles, but it was so much more. The location is tucked away a little from the main center, but a quick short drive and is even walkable to the city center. ”We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was ok, it was a bit weird the clerk couldn't find Netherlands in their register, but in the end they gave us Seattle as home address which worked for me. The room had enough space and there were enough amenities. I had a view on a church on a hill. I fortunately didn't share any walls with other rooms, but there is a recurring noise pollution of slamming doors due to the nature of the doors. I think the hotel should do something about...

”Gut ausgestatteten Hotel und nettes Personal, aber die Lage an der Hauptstrasse ist nicht vorteilhaft. Zwar kann das Hotelteam nichts dafür (es wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten), ich empfehle es aber nur als “ Durchgang“ für einen Nacht. Schade eigentlich, da der Frühstück und der Restaurant ausgezeichnet sind.”

On both days hot water ran out. The service and the attitude of the staff leaves also room for improvement. English skills were so and so. ”The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. ”Janv2024: 1nuit en janvier < très contente de notre séjour à Piemonte: super emplacement et employés sympas, seulement une nuit mais super confort dans la chambre, grande, avec peignoir et chaussons, chauffage, balcon, vue vers la montagne. Petit déjeuner en 3 variantes au choix, le soir pour le dinner, par manque de demandes, ils ont fermé le restaurant plus tôt mais il y a un super resto à 3-4min à pied. Merci”
