GuestReady Essential- Blissful stay near the beach

Welcome to GuestReady Essential in La Malva-Rosa, just a 5-minute walk (about 230 m) from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport.

This 1-bedroom, 20 m² ground-floor apartment is ideal for couples or small families and is fully adapted for guests with disabilities. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan layout with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The bedroom features a double bed with clean sheets, and the bathroom comes with towels and toiletries.

A note on expectations:

We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

As a ground-floor, street-level apartment, it can be a little humid, and occasionally some insects may appear despite regular cleaning. The property has no windows but offers good ventilation.

The bathroom is somewhat compact, and hot water is known to fluctuate during the summer. The sink is designed for people with reduced mobility.

The front door does not have shutters, so please bring a sleep mask if you prefer complete darkness.

Security codes to access the property will be provided in the check-in instructions.

We offer phone support in English and French to ensure your stay is pleasant and stress-free.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The neighbourhood of La Malva-rosa faces Malvarrosa Beach, part of a long sandy stretch that spans the city. Souvenir and beachwear shops sit alongside cafes and casual eateries serving burgers or paella on the beachfront. In summer, raucous bars stay open late. Inland is a scattering of Spanish eateries that are popular with locals. Casa-Museo de Blasco Ibáñez is the Valencian writer's restored former home and garden.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, La Malva-rosa - Mendizàbal, is just a 1-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
