Riadit – Välimeren alue

"I stayed 2 nights in this huge hotel. On arrival with a taxi, we had a lot of luggage. Inside the hotel, at the doors 3 members of the staff looked at us. No one came out to help with the luggage but 2 persons opened the doors. We were also told that we were upgraded to a familyroom but that did not happen. The room was so tiny that I could not have my suitcase open and walk to my bed normally. Also when we checked out no one reached out to help with the luggage when we left the hotel. So not the best experience for me."

"Riad was clean and staff friendly but unfortunately the barhroom odour was really bad. We also discovered cockroach in our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food but almost everything was cold. Great location and very quiet. "

"General hotel services (restaurant, spa, reception) were very good. The breakfast staff were especially kind, accommodating and efficient. The breakfast was also very diverse with options for everyone. The hotel is located in a central street near many restaurants and the biggest tourist attractions, like the Colosseo and Fontana di Trevi. Public transport is close, though arriving with your own car can be tricky due to limited parking possibilities at the hotel."

"The best part of this hotel is definitely its view from the rooftop (pools & breakfast/restaurant). Also the spa is very nice. The location is a bit away from the main tourist attractions/areas, but still a rather easy walking distance - not the most pleasant walk though. The room was comfortable. There are some signs of the property not being brand new any more (stains on corridor floors, water damage on bathroom door etc.) even though it’s modern. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The gym was ok."
