”Excellent value for money. The host was easy to reach by WhatsApp. Driver picks up and drops off from the airport. Big apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and small balcony. 4th floor apartment without elevator, not optimal for disabled people. The stairway to the apartment is a bit shady, but the apartment itself is in good condition. Would definitely stay here again.”

”It is a nice, comfortable, clean appartment with a grocery store and bank nearby. Alexander, the proprietor, is a great guy and speaks enough English to communicate effectively. Local taxis can be found with an app called taxi7220 and will take you anywhere in Vitebsk for about 3,5 rubles. ”

”Overall very very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. You will need taxi/bus to get to most things. There is a shopping center directly across the street, which is very nice. There are a few minor things in the apartment that need repaired/updated. That’s really the only complaint we have at all. Very nice place. We have already booked a return trip in a few months for the same apartment. ”

”Great location. Very poor service. When we moved in, the room was very dirty and not ready for occupancy. The refrigerator did not work and the food we had stored was gone. The towels and bed were smelly. There were no thick curtains on the windows. There is no air conditioning and with the windows open it was very noisy, we didn't sleep for two nights. When checking in they took more money than stated.”

"Hotel was really nice and all the service was polite. Except when I made my check out. The person did not look me in to the eyes when returned the key, and she looked angry for some reason. I wanted to tell how much I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, but didn’t because she looked so angry. I did not take it personally and I want to think that she was sad that I was leaving. Anyway, this was only an isolated situation and everything else was really nice. I wanted to mention this so that hopefully they will in the future be more polite to every one. "
