In the heart of the Cote d’Azur, between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, Sunny Port Apartment makes an excellent base for friends or family who want to explore one of the world’s most glamorous holiday destinations. On the third floor (with lift) of a modern residence, with sea views, this airy apartment ensures a fun and stress-free holiday!

The contemporary apartment has an open-plan living space which has been furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchenette is next to the dining area and is equipped with an induction hob, microwave and a fridge.

A glass door leads from the living room to the shaded balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs. So guests can relax with a glass of wine enjoying the sea views and overlooking the swimming pool below.

The shared swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with tables and chairs.

The master bedroom has a modern double bed and wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location
Located in Vallauris, just a stone’s throw from the Marina of Golfe-Juan, the apartment is perfectly placed for enjoying the coast. Sandy beaches are only a 5-minute walk away, while cafés and restaurants are all within easy reach.

For self-catering, Golfe-Juan has a farmers market on Tuesday and Friday mornings, in Aimé Berger car park (8-minute walk) as well as a daily fish market (not Mondays) in the same location. Alternatively, there are many supermarkets and local shops close by.

Golf-Juan-Vallauris train station is a 5-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Antibes (5 minutes), Cannes (10 minutes) and Nice (30 minutes). During high season, ferries to Sainte-Marguerite Island depart right in front of the residence – a perfect day trip for nature lovers.

The apartment is less than 30 minutes from Nice airport by car.
