”BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional.”

”Superb views over the beautiful and sunny Gsiesertal/Valle di Casies valley. Ski in ski out to the slope and cross country tracks. Quite steep hill to the hotel. Due to snow conditions had to leave the car 1 km away for the first day (no chains or four wheel drive). But very friendly hotel staff picked us up and even got pizzas for us from the restaurant down the village. Possible to order fresh baked rolls and breads and eggs every morning. Did stay with 6 yo child and grandparents in 2 bed...
