Tästä rinteessä sijaitsevasta kodista on upeat näkymät laaksoon. Se on vain 20 minuutin päässä Napa & Sonoma -viinimaasta ja 6 minuutin päässä Six Flags Discovery Kingdomista. Tila on varustettu 55 tuuman TV: llä, jossa on Roku, ja ilmaisella Netflixillä, tällä tavoin voit pysyä ajan tasalla kaikista ohjelmistasi ja sarjoistasi! Puhtaat ja mukavat 5 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Koti on varustettu riittävästi pyyhkeillä ja kylpytuotteilla. Kiinteistössä ei ole ajotieltä varustettua pysäköintia, vain kadun pysäköinti.

Talon säännöt

Only disclosed number of guest are allowed into the property. We DO NOT allow undisclosed guests to stay over night at the property.
We do not accept local renters/ bookers. The smoking penalty is up to $1000 or more for violation. Smoking is allowed outside of house ONLY.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am Unapproved "LATE CHECKOUT" after 10am will be charged $50 for every half hour late because cleaners are on a schedule.

Great location

Very nice and comfortable home in a nice and safe part of Vallejo. We enjoyed our stay and had all of the amenities we needed. The host resolved an unfortunate failure on the water heater, but this shows that the host was very responsive and great. One thing I missed while booking was that there is no wheelchair access and a flight of stairs which changed a few of my plans, but was my own fault for not asking before booking.I do highly recommend this place and the host, all said and done. I also reccomend having a car or uber since public transportation is rather limited in the area.

Napa Valley Jazz Getaway

Ladies Jazz Getaway were all in agreement that the place was clean, spacious and most of all the beds were comfortable. And for me, there was decent coffee/cream available in the well supplied kitchen. Location was great only approximately 9 miles to the festival in Napa Valley. Host Pearl booking process and the communication was easy responsive, very timely and uncomplicated. Place looks exactly like the pictures.

Girl’s trip

Pearl was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The house had plenty of space for the 6 of us. She provided us with all the essentials. Many places don’t have the small things that is not easy to bring when you are traveling (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc). We would stay here again.

Picture Perfect

Our group was in town for a Jazz Festival in Napa and needed a large home to accommodate everyone. Pearl's place not only fit the bill but provided everything we were in need of. The house was well equipped, clean and conveniently located about 25 minutes from the venue and near stores and restaurants. Pearl was wonderful and responsive in her communication and extremely thorough making the entire process smooth and easy. Initially the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but turned out to be extremely quiet and due to the location provided a beautiful view of the Bay from the deck. We have already made plans to return to the Festival next year and Pearl's place will be our home away from home once again!

Great place

We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of wine tasting. Loved that each couple had their own rooms (with room to spare) and the beds and pillows made for a great night sleep. The one main bathroom made it tricky for mornings, but the master bathroom is bigger and offered flexibility. We were greeted in the morning by some wild turkeys outside, which were fun to see, but could be loud if the group is not early risers. Overall great experience.

Cute property but not great for wine tasting

We rented for a girls weekend wine tasting in napa and sonoma. Walking in the house smelled like weed so strong we had to open the doors to air out. This was a big surprise considering we received several emails about a strict no smoking policy. The wineries were much further away than the listing indicated. The castle winery pictured in the listing is well over an hour away. If you rent this property anticipate 40 min to wine tasting. On Saturday night there was a large drag race on a road not too far from the house that kept us all up till 2. The inside of the house was nice and has a beautiful view And back deck to watch the sunset. Coffee and tea was provided in the kitchen as a nice touch. Blankets were soft. Neighborhood is not the greatest. There are bars on all the windows at the house though.

Great stay!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. My girlfriends and I came into town for a weekend girls’ trip to Napa. Host was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we arrived and settled ok. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar which was a pleasant surprise. We LOVED that each bedroom came with its own fluffy blanket. We would definitely stay here again!!

A lovely spot

I recently stayed at this house for a bachelorette and everyone agreed that it was the perfect set up. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable and the layout and function of the house was optimal. The location itself isn't the best, but as long as you plan on driving 15-20 minutes away this isn't an issue. The house itself is lovely and Pearl was prompt in her replies. Would go back to this spot again and recommend it for future stays.

Great place, great value!

Truly, it was a wonderful place to stay! A very clean, spacious house, well-stocked with all the comforts of home. Only a few things to be mindful of: 1. There's really not much outside space, so if you have little ones, bear that in mind. 2. You'll pay a cleaning fee, not just a deposit, so price is a little more than listed--- no matter how clean you are. 3. Check-out time is pretty early in comparison to other VRBOs I've done. Would be nice to have at least until noon on your checkout day. All that being said, it really is an awesome place. Check-in and out was easy-peasy. It was comfortable, clean, and close to some cool things. :) 4.5-5 stars for sure.
