It was one of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had. They asked for $200 security deposit after the room is already paid for which is very odd. The room was filthy. There was dirt all over our bathtub in bathroom. The service was awful. The woman that worked. The front desk was extremely rude. There was a hotel party in the hallway that was so loud from 2 AM to 4:30 AM. We called and asked the front desk to help us with the noise and maybe come down not one person helped us. I called the cops. We were so uncomfortable in our room all night and sleep. we were there for a swim competition with our girls so we had to compete the next day however we didn’t get any sleep from all the noise from the party and going on in the hallways. Inconvenient because it’s right across the street from And amusement park gets Lots of business, but no one should go here. I will never ever go there or step foot in that place. That’s a horrible. My experience was I was Expedia. I would help this hotel servicing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind and amazing. Pool was great set up and the continental breakfast was great! The rooms were very clean.

It was awful. Loud, rooms were not noise proof, shower curtain torn. Smell musty and felt unclean.

Great hotel and stay! Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned! The hallways are a little crusty looking but that’s not a big deal, not like we’re staying in the hall. But overall a great stay and will be staying here again for our next trip!

Our first room given was nice. BUT the floor was LEAKING WATER! Some of our stuff on the ground got wet. They gave us whatever room was left. They call it an upgrade from a single bed to a double bed but I guess I should be grateful.

The breakfast was delicious, my daughter loved making her own waffles. They are very clean and quiet. Friendly service too.

I was charged twice for a deposit, when I asked employee at front desk they didn’t know so I didn’t have a proper answer a day later saw on my bank statement that I was charged not 2 but 3 times. Area is very unsafe due to a robbery. Not recommend this place at all..

Worst service and room smelled like weed
The service first off when I ask where my room she said to use the stairs. I’m new what stairs. Didn’t ask if I needed luggage rack. My room smelled like weed. In the sheets. Small round pillows really uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee and orange juice. When I was taken my bags full two workers didn’t ask to help or get a cart. Had two trips. Worst service

Room is clean and spacious, front desk staff are friendly. Plenty parking, well lit. Continental breakfast not good, 2 choices of cereal, waffle and coffee taste like water. My room on 2nd floor is quiet, I slept well. Dining room messy, not maintained for at least 2 days I was there. Food scattered on counter top and tables not cleaned.

A terrible experience!! Horrible. Someone broke our car window during the night and no one was responsible. And 6 more cars on the same night!!! Terrible service, and no one was responsible in the hotel,and they didn't want to show us the security cameras either. A very insecure place, full of homeless. The girl who was there didn't help us at all, and the manager didn't give us any answer. Of course we won't stay the other night we had paid for and we won't ever be back. I never recommend them!!!

Be careful where you park
The hotel is nice enough but make sure that you park in plain sight. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and in the morning our car window had been busted out and our vehicle rummaged. The Vallejo PD does not even respond to these things anymore, they have an unmanned phone line that they check “multiple times a week”. Changed the entire mood of our vacation.
