”Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.”

”I booked a room as a stop on a cross country trip. We were unimpressed: the check-in surprised us with a $100 deposit for incidentals, hallway carpets were dirty and the facility common areas were worn and dirty. Exterior doors were broken and would not close or lock. The room was only marginally better: worn furnishings, broken chair, and clearly used bedsheets that had stains and burn holes in them. Air conditioner was noisy and produced a rancid smell if it had to go to heating mode, so...

”For the price, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice. The phone wasn't working in our room but we just needed a place to sleep and it was just what we needed. If you are on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. The coffee was good and hot. The breakfast included: cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pastries and bagels. Parking is a little tricky but not bad. All the staff were very helpful and kind.”

”We got in late, but we're very excited the waterpark was still open since that was the reason we pick this hotel. Kids loved water and thw room was decent. Had a weird smell other then that it was good. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Would stay again!”

”We had no bath towels, washcloths and only one bar of soap when we checked in. Had to go to desk and request. Bed was poorly made. Parking was unusual. If closest lot was full oh had to go around block to enter 2nd row of parking.”
