IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the southern Ardèche region, a 10-minute walk from the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc and less than a 5-minute walk from the river. We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed, air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate up to eight people.

The 167m² house comprises, on the ground floor, a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area, a master suite with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and a pull-out bed, a second with a double bed on a mezzanine, and a third with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

For relaxation and sports, both children and adults can enjoy a game in the games room equipped with a foosball table, or outside on the pétanque court or around the ping-pong table.

Finally, take advantage of a pleasant covered terrace and a private garden of approximately 800 m² in a peaceful and pleasant setting.
