”Amazing hotel that is located steps away from Lotte World Mall (Avenue L, Lotte World and the Number 2 and 8 subway lines). Breakfast has a large variety of options, including both Korean and Western food. The Residence has a microwave, stove top and washer/dryer combo unit. Rooms are very large and our King bed unit had 1.5 baths. Staff is very friendly and helpful and a French team is visible throughout the hotel.
My two areas for improvement would be 1. the wait for breakfast (3 seating...
”The hotel is newly opened, so rooms are clean, new and good size. Only the sink in the bedroom (and not in the bathroom) was really surprising and inconvenient, and also the airco was really loud and had a bright light, so it was bothering during night time. There was some noise from the street (we were in 7th floor). But otherwise room is ok for this price. ”Was a great stay, and loved the amenities especially the cafeteria. There are convenience stores nearby and can also order food online to be delivered to the lobb. A lot of food and restaurants options nearby too. Would definitely stay here again. ”
