”Very friendly staff”

”The hotel is newly opened, so rooms are clean, new and good size. Only the sink in the bedroom (and not in the bathroom) was really surprising and inconvenient, and also the airco was really loud and had a bright light, so it was bothering during night time. There was some noise from the street (we were in 7th floor). But otherwise room is ok for this price. ”This hotel has a mold issue and very strong smell in rooms. We checked 3 rooms overall and every room had the same issue unfortunately. Me and my friend both have allergies and very soon after arriving we needed to book another hotel because both of us started to get symptoms. ”Solo traveler who speaks a few languages but not Korean! Very easy access to subway and lots of places to eat, including places with kiosk ordering. Hotel itself has a “cafeteria” which does not have food but it does have bottled water, carbonated drinks, and an automated espresso machine 24/7. It also has other appliances to help you cook convenience store food. Room is not trying to be 5 stars, but the amenities are thoughtfully chosen, including very comfy bathrobe, refrigerator, hot water...

”The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits.”

”部屋のすみにゲジゲジみたいな虫が一度いました。風呂のシャワーの水量が弱く、困りました。一度にたくさんの部屋で使うと水量が減る、という説明でしたが、朝使っても水量は少なかったです。エアコンから水が漏れて、真下に置いていた土産品が濡れました。連絡したら修理に来てくれましたが…スタッフの方の表情はにこやかで好印象でした。それ以外は問題なかったですが、冬には浴室問題があるため泊まるのは辛いかなと思います。”
