The accommodation is located on the seafront, in the Les Vagues residence, close to the beach (less than 50 m). Sought-after, quiet area close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, markets, entertainment and marina all within walking distance.

• Town center: around 600 m / 7–8 minutes on foot

• Train station: Béziers, 20 minutes by car

• Airport: Béziers-Cap d’Agde, 15 minutes by car

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
