âThis was a nice hotel, but not five-star quality. Restaurant service was very slow for dinner, wine did not arrive in time, getting a bill was almost impossible. There was no service, towels or drinks available at the outdoor pool by 5pm. The jacuzzi in the indoor spa was not working properly. Staff was not as attentive as they should at this price range. However, location was nice by the lakeside, boats to Sirmione leave by the hotel, and the rooms are nice and cleanâ

âVery nice place for a family holiday. Very frendly personnel. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. If you want see around at the lake (which you should), you must have a car with you. Another reason for the car is that there are no restaurants near the place and it is not a walking distance to the village or to the beach.â
