”I liked the price for one night but the good reviews didn't match what our experience turned out to be. There was a guy walking back and forth in the parking lot and I parked and walked up to office and found no one inside and I rang door bell repeatedly and no one came. I was about to leave when the guy that was walking walked in said I am sorry how long have you been waiting and I said too long. It was about 20 minutes and I was mad. He said he never saw me but I drove right past him then when...

”This stay was horrible. I had a theft from my room while staying one night. I believe it was an inside job but I have no way to prove or disprove that. I contacted the front desk and they were less than helpful in reviewing who accessed my room from the key card entry or video surveillance. It was not until I called the Alma Police (They were great) to get a police report that the hotel staff did anything. Ultimately, they claim they can not see room access through their access management...
