”Breakfast menu was not good ”

”The service was outstanding and we loved the breakfast, happy hour and food at night. Great place to stay for families”

”Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities in the lobby- games, pool table, comfy seating. Good breakfast options. The only down side to our stay was that we could hear a fair bit of noise from the adjacent room as well as highway noise. We turned the fan on the wall thermostat to run constantly which provided a little white noise buffer and were fine. Overall it was a great stay.”

”Everything was great. Only thing I’d gripe about is getting back to the hotel and couldn’t find any parking bc of the event at the convention center. Had to park next door at the other hotel”

”Yes, breakfast was more than expected and more than usually experienced at comparable establishments. Chef and serving resource a nice touch.”

”The bathroom needs significant updating. There was not shampoo/conditioner available in our room. The rooms are nice sizes and have a couch with a pullout bed for extra people which is nice. ”

”Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there...

”Room was clean but the hotel is rough around the edges. The bed is on a metal stand and every time when sat on, it made at large “crashing” sound. Just startling but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast”

”We had a room that the bathroom was dirty, had no soap and the other bottles had already been opened and used. It was your person that worked the night desk who came and picked up papers and wash cloth left. We did see the missing soap until late at night when we went to take a shower. And breakfast was not to my liking. I eat eggs and there were none not even hard boiled. I don’t consider gravy and biscuits a breakfast. Very disappointed in all ”

”The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights...

”Staff is great, room was clean, best bang for your buck. Location is great”

”A disgusting place, they have no staff, anyone can go in, homeless people come and break into the rooms, they don't have towels or cleaning service, it's a place for pigs.”

”The bed covers was really dingy dirty and the towel was dirty. No room service beds was never made or changed. ”

”The room was relatively clean. I specifically requested in the morningto have housekeeping clean my room and they never came. I asked for towels they never came. Overall, I would say 2 1/2 stars out of five.”

”Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep...

”Mostly everything was okay, except the fridge somehow caused my leftover dinner to be flooded with water. Something was odd about the way condensation built up on the inside. Other than that, the only thing I didn't like was finding some hair on my hand towel near the bathroom, and that wasn't too big of a deal. Mostly the motel room was great!”

”Property corridors have a smell that needs immediate attention. People could be heard talking outside the room all night.”
