Elevators don’t work. The restaurant inside doesn’t work, it’s closed! The TV local channel does not work either, when trying to contact the reception on the phone, it doesn’t work either. I really didn’t pay for this type of a hotel service, I fully intend to get reimbursed for the 3 days I had to stay there, I’m very surprised that Bon voy and Expedia allow and work with such a facility…
