”Pleasant neighborhood, easy access to downtown. It was comfortable enough. This could be a phenomenal place with a little better housekeeping and attention to detail. It was very reasonably priced and I imagine a family would love the basement game room. The owner was responsive to text and email communication.Six lightbulbs were burned out. We had to scavenge bulbs and lamps from other rooms in order to have bedside lamps. I did not receive a welcome/instruction letter until after check-in...
