Ylellinen Kitsilano tarjoaa erinomaisen ulkoasun avoimen konseptin keittiön kanssa, joka sopii täydellisesti kodin ruokailutarpeisiin. Sijaitsee Vancouverin keskeisimmällä ja kauneimmalla alueella, Kitsilano on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä UBC: stä, 5 minuutin päässä Granville Islandilta ja Vancouverin keskustaan. Vain 5 korttelin päässä, alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Kitsilanon rannalta. Amazing stay in a beautiful Kitsilano home!We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house was even better than expected—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was laid out well with everything we needed, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having multiple bathrooms, which made it so easy for our group to spread out - it really felt like a home away from home.Jack was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful anytime we reached out, which made everything so easy. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a great experience.The location was perfect too! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close to everything—just a quick drive to Downtown Vancouver, Granville Island, and lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants. There were also plenty of nearby spots to walk and explore.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d happily book again the next time we’re in Vancouver and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Très belle maison. Propriétaire répond rapidement. Comme mentionné dans plusieurs commentaires, l’adresse donnée au départ n’était pas la bonne et nous ne l’avons reçue qu’avec les instructions pour entrer. Ce n’est pas une cuisine gourmet. Il manque plusieurs choses utiles dans une cuisine. Les fauteuils ne sont pas confortables. Les chambres sont très belles et confortables. Très apprécié d’avoir plusieurs salles de bain.

It was very warm weather and it would have been nice to have screens on the windows so we could leave them open without getting a bunch of bugs. Also needed an outdoor porch light to enable taxi to find the house in the dark - couldn’t see the house numbers

4.5 Stars. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good communication and easy check-in. The house was nice, clean and comfortable. We came during hot weather, and were a bit surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning. It was pretty warm inside, so keep this in mind if you come during the summer. Apparently, many homes in Vancouver do not have air conditioning. The neighborhood is close to downtown, and seems quite safe. There are quite a few stores, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house.

This space was nice and convenient for the night before we went on a cruise. It fit all of the group and was not too far from the port. Although it says it has 2 queen beds, one of them was a double. I should have payed closer attention to the listing as it did not have air conditioning and it was quite warm in Vancouver when we visited. The streets are quite busy and can be challenging to find a space but great that the street parking is free. We were surprised as we arrived approx 30-40 minutes after the listed check in time, but the cleaner was still inside and not completed. Fantastic to have 3 1/2 bathrooms for 6 ppl

My daughter and family (total of 4) had a great stay here. Positive was everyone could have their own bedroom but We weren’t aware that the third bedroom was in the lower level.There were no tea towels in the kitchen?!?Parking was an issue unfortunately, best for people who haven’t rented a car

Super Convenient

The house is conveniently located in a really nice neighborhood, close to nearly everything you'd need - grocery stores to stock the fridge, walking trails and water, connective roads and public transportation to explore the area. Parking can require a little drive around the blocks to see what's available, but for the most part we parked right out front.The house was clean (though there are a couple of items on the owners to do list) and stocked with cooking items etc. Really enjoyed the property and the owner was super easy to work with. Totally recommend.

Great base for exploring the greater Vancouver area. Home was just as expected - clean, up-to-date, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight on the street, but we were able to find a space each evening. We recommend Jans gor breakfast. Be there at the 8am opening. Gets busy.

Pros: the house is a 20 minute drive from the airport, and centrally located for all of the attractions, and walking to eat. We found if you walk up to Broadway and head West a little less sketchy with the homeless population, for shopping and establishments for eateries. You have a Safeway, literally a block and a half away off of Broadway that you could easily walk to. Cons: the house is starting to show it’s wear and tear and couldn’t use some TLC with the bathrooms having no towel bars to hang up towels, the towel bars that were there had been ripped off the walls and it looks pretty ghetto with what they left. The primary bed is starting to show where and tear it needs to be replaced. The house also has water damage throughout upstairs and downstairs and the owner is aware. Also, the third bedroom downstairs in the basement area has a mold smell which they put a glade plug-in to mask the smell. The furniture all needs to be replaced heavily worn and uncomfortable. The house overall had a lot of cobwebs and was very dusty. They could use more cooking items in the kitchen, such as baking sheets/cooking utensilsz Parking is a major issue. Street parking onlyWe almost had the car towed not knowing you couldn’t park 20 feet from a stop sign and this was not told to us, given were from a different county. The police are very strict about this and they will tow immediately after they site you with the ticket. .

Loved the property, great location. It could use: cookie sheets (at least 2), instructions on how to use the TV and what channels are available, more ice trays - the plastic one does not work well and there is no storage tray for cubes to make ice continually; information on local restaurants, grocery stores, where to put garbage when the bin under the sink is full.Beds were great, sofa and chair in living area are very low to the ground for older people
