• Return all golf equipment to designated storage after use
• Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a $50 fee

• Replace cover after use
• Turn off jets and water features before covering
• No makeup, lotions, or hair products
• Clean swimwear only
• Use at your own risk
• No lifeguard on duty; children under 16 must be supervised
• No diving, jumping, or rough play
• Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use
• Limit soak time to 15 minutes
• No alcohol or drugs
• No glassware or smoking
• Do not use the hot tub alone
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially after dark
• Report any issues immediately
• No food or drinks in the hot tub

- Use of the putting green and games room is at your own risk, and by participating, guests agree to supervise children, use equipment responsibly, respect all posted rules, and accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
- Please put all golf equipment back inside at the designated location after.
- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $50 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.

HOT TUB RULES
1. Shower Before Use
All guests must shower before entering the hot tub. This helps maintain water cleanliness and ensures a safe, sanitary experience for everyone.

2. Clean Hands, Feet & Body
Please ensure your hands, feet, and body are free of dirt, sand, grass, or oils before entering the hot tub.

3. Cover the Hot Tub After Use
Always cover the hot tub when not in use to maintain temperature, keep the water clean, and prevent debris from entering.

4. Turn Off Jets and Waterfalls Before Covering
Ensure all jets, waterfalls, and water features are turned off before placing the cover back on.

5.No Makeup or Hair Products
Avoid using the hot tub with makeup, hair gel, lotions, or body oils. These products contaminate the water and damage the filtration system.

6. Proper Swimwear Required
Only clean swimwear is permitted in the hot tub. No street clothes, undergarments, or dyed fabrics that may bleed or shed lint.

7. Use at Your Own Risk
The hot tub is available for registered guests only. Use is at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during use.

8. No Lifeguard on Duty
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Young children are not advised to use the hot tub. If allowed, they must be closely monitored.

9. No Diving, Jumping, or Rough Play
Diving, jumping, running, or roughhousing in or around the hot tub is strictly prohibited.

10. Health Precautions
Pregnant women, elderly individuals, and guests with heart conditions, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult a doctor before use. Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature exceeds 104°F.

11. Limit Soak Time
Limit hot tub sessions to 15 minutes at a time to prevent overheating or dehydration.

12. No Alcohol or Drugs While Using Hot Tub
Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence. Alcohol and high temperatures can increase drowsiness and risk of drowning.

13. No Glassware or Smoking
Use only plastic or non-breakable containers. No smoking is permitted in or near the hot tub area.

14. No Solo Use
For safety reasons, do not use the hot tub alone.

15.Keep Noise to a Minimum
Please respect neighbors and other guests by keeping voices and music at a low volume, especially after dark.

16. Report Issues Immediately
If you notice any damage, malfunction, or safety concern, notify us right away. Do not use the hot tub if there’s a problem.

17. No food or drinks of any kind are permitted in the hot tub.
Any damage, contamination, or additional servicing required as a result of spilled beverages or food will be charged to the guest.

18. Year-Round Availability
The hot tub is available year-round unless closed for maintenance or weather conditions.
