NEW SUITE HELMIKUU 2019

Juuri valmistunut yhden makuuhuoneen puutarha-tason sviitti Kitsilanon sydÀmessÀ - yksi Vancouverin keskeisimmistÀ ja hauskimmista kaupunginosista.

TÀmÀ sviitti sijaitsee noin neljÀn askeleen pÀÀssÀ rauhallisesta, aurinkoisesta puutarhasta, jossa on vesiputous, lampia ja patio. SisÀkatot ovat selkeÀt kahdeksan metrin koko sviitissÀ. Makuuhuoneessa on ylellinen petauspatja king size -patja ja vaatehuone. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-ulosvedettÀvÀ sohva, viihtyisÀ sÀhköinen takka ja 50 "Smart TV. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla ja yksityisillÀ pyykinpesukoneilla ja kuivausrumpuilla. Kylpyhuoneessa on tÀysikokoinen kylpyamme ja kaikki uudet kalusteet. KeittiössÀ, kylpyammeessa ja sisÀÀnkÀynnissÀ on lattialÀmmitys ja sviitissÀ on oma itsenÀinen lÀmmönohjain. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset lomallesi.

Neil and Heidi were amazing hosts, helpful and nice. There place is clean, beautiful outdoor space and the neighbourhood is quite, kid friendly (near playgrounds), so many great restaurants, places to visit. Highly recommend!

We found this house while planning a getaway to Vancouver and we felt so lucky to have stayed here. The hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative and the location of the suite was an easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, spas, and shopping. We rented a car, because we wanted to visit a few hiking trails and to do some shopping downtown, but you could easily stay here without a vehicle as well. We were very impressed with the neighborhood and how well the hosts have done designing the property. We'd happily stay again, which we might just do, because Vancouver is sooooo amazing!

This is an excellent basement apartment with plenty of windows to let in natural light. The apartment itself is well organized, clean and it has all the amenities. it is also tastefully decorated and it within walking distance of many parks along English Bay, and also close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a fantastic holiday in Vancouver to visit family and the Kitsilano Oasis did not disappoint. Our hosts were always available to answer questions, the suite was spotless and comfy and the back yard was lovely especially as spring was bursting at the seams. The location was in walking distance of many local amenities and there was easy parking available on the street. We will book again!

We loved our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s VRBO. We managed to escape a large snowfall at home and the little bit of rain we had while in Vancouver was bearable. The cherry blossoms and flowers made up for the rain. Will definitely return.

The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and worked very well for me. There is plenty of natural light in the space.It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shops along Broadway.Parking was always available right in front of the house.

This was our second stay at Neil and Heidi’s place and it was superb again. The suite is spotlessly clean and is ideal for a short or longer stay. The bed and linens are wonderful and the neighbourhood is absolutely quiet at night. The suite is ideally located 
 a 20 minute drive from the airport, in a quiet residential area (nice for evening walks.) Grocery stores and nice neighbourhood restaurants are close by, even walkable. 4th Avenue shopping is a short (5-10 minute) drive. We won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The Kitsilano Guest Suite is perfect for a couple. The owners have created a very comfortable space with all the necessary amenities. The suite was impeccably clean, well furnished, fully equipped, centrally located and a pleasure to stay in. We will definitely return!

I arrived on a rainy Wednesday, dripping wet and so glad to step into a quiet, warm and inviting guest suite. I communicated with my hosts all week, especially after an unexpected power outage and internet interruption. A few details: the bed (in the bedroom) is wonderful. So nice to snuggle under the duvet at the end of the day. My daughter visited me--from Seattle--and when she came into the guest suite, exclaimed "this is like being at YOUR house!" which is really a testament to how comfortable and homey it truly is. Every detail is lovingly attended to, there's a lovely electric fireplace, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities (non-food, I mean to say), and on that score, there are at least 3 grocery stores within walking distance, one a gluten-free healthy one with at least 6 different soups daily. There is a beautiful patio garden with a pond, however since it is smack in the middle of autumn I didn't spend much time out there....so, to sum up--and I'm not sure I can!--this was a marvelous home away from home for me. This “Oasis” is in the quiet and convenient ideal residential area, where most people probably want to live once in their lives. Very clean, new, safe, and comfortable suite well equipped with necessary things to stay. Neil & Heidi are professional hosts. We soon understood why this suite has so many 5-star reviews. A wonderful spot in a quiet neighbourhood, but easily walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The patio was lovely. The kitchen was extremely well stocked: Neil and Heidi have thought of everything.

We really enjoyed the neighborhood (Kitsilano) and the space was perfect for us - comfortable for two adults. It's very well designed, spacious and had all the amenities and resources we need. Neil & Heidi were absolutely delightful as we had the opportunity to bump into both of them and enjoyed our brief discussions. Would definitely recommend staying here (they have great tips on local restaurants and coffee spots and there is a fantastic bakery just a few blocks away!).

Neil and Heidi thought of everything when they designed this lower level suite. It was homey, well-outfitted and chic. I travel a lot and this is by far the most enjoyable stay I've had in a rental apartment, including how centrally located it is in a lovely walkable neighbourhood. I only booked two nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. I will be back.

Neil and Heidi were wonderful hosts. Very responsive at all points. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The patio was beautiful and a lovely place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It’s a very safe neighborhood and we walked everywhere. Great restaurants and shopping. And the Kitslano pool
