Our cherished family home is nestled in one of North Burnaby’s most desirable neighborhoods. This isn’t just a rental—it’s where we live, laugh, and grow as a family, and we’re excited to share its warmth and beauty with you.

Surrounded by forest, ocean, parks, and mountains, our home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We’re walking distance to Hastings Street’s shops, cafés, and amenities, and less than 9km from downtown Vancouver by car. For outdoor enthusiasts, Grouse, Seymour, and Cypress Mountains are just over the bridge—perfect for skiing, hiking, and year-round adventure.

The home spans four spacious levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning sunsets and views of the city skyline, mountains, and glimpses of the ocean. Each bedroom features a private ensuite, giving guests both comfort and privacy. The open-concept main floor leads onto a large deck—ideal for entertaining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Out back, unwind in the hot tub, take a swim in the pool, or lounge in the private yard. Inside, you’ll find a full games room with a pool table, dart board, and a wide selection of board games for all ages.

We have a long-term tenant who lives in a self-contained suite on the north side of our home. The suite has its own private entrance and is completely separate, with no shared access to our main living space. She is quiet, respectful, and we rarely cross paths — she enters through the front while we use the back.

Our home is also equipped with a few security cameras for general safety. These are not monitored or recorded; they simply loop to a screen mounted inside the house. The system does not store footage, is not connected to the cloud, and will be turned off for your stay.

Due to exceptionally high demand during major events and peak travel periods, this property follows a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness and availability for committed guests.

We recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect their travel plans in advance. Cleaning fees are non-refundable once booking is confirmed. There is an extra person charge after the first 10 people. We also have a self-contained in-law suite on the main floor that can sleep 2 more in a king bed for an extra fee.
