Newer 50’s style 2 bedroom with loads of character. Hot tub and putting green available for fun and relaxation. Close to all amenities and a hiking trail for your pet. Quiet central are. Travel back to a peaceful time with 50’s memorabilia everywhere. Marlyn Monroe, Elvis and others adorn the walls. Super cute and popular space! Beach walk a 5 minute drive. Restaurants of all kinds within 5 minute drive as well. Full gym, pools and ice rink 3 minutes away.

The suite was perfect for our stay and we loved the fun 50s theme. Hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating of our needs. Lots of space for my husband and I, my mom, and our dog. Highly recommend and I would stay again anytime!

We stayed at this rental for two nights and unfortunately had some unexpected complications that required us to leave early (we had originally booked for seven nights). The host was absolutely wonderful to work with and kindly offered to refund us for the unused nights. The unit itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a gorgeous kitchen.

Not only was the place unbelievably amazing. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. We were in Vancouver because my daughter needed to have a pretty serious surgery, and at the last moment, a couple of extra people wanted to join us to show support, and when we showed up not only was our host, gracious beyond gracious to share their personal space, but completely understanding and welcoming, I offered to pay for my extra guess, and they would not hear of it, and instead brought down extra sleeping arrangements while we stayed.... their kindness as humans. It's such a rarity. I would stay here again and I recommend anybody coming to Vancouver stays here.

Private, quiet retreat

This property was everything promised and more. The apartment is well appointed with plenty of comforts including the lovely hot tub and backyard. My partner and I had plenty of privacy for a romantic get away. Highly recommend this host!

Comfortable but trouble with hot water

Our first night was fine, except the shower head was broken/had to hold to use. Then the second day the hot water happen to turn off. Owner apologized, refunded 100CA and suggested a hot tub soak if we want to warm up

Cozy spacious

Cozy spacious place! The Keurig wasn’t working but he was able to find one for me to use so I didn’t have to go out!He also offered me the most delicious homemade sangria on a warm evening just as I was coming back with my daughter, such a lovely treat!

This place was very clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay and this is not a nagging review there’s just a couple things you should know that are not listed in the description. Firstly, there is a family living upstairs so it’s not quite all to yourself. Secondly, they have a yappy dog who was thankfully not all that loud through the floors and was quite at night so not a big deal just something to mention. Thirdly, you don’t really have access to the backyard. There’s no information about how to use the services and if we had the need/strong desire to use it I’m sure we could have figured it out but there was no description like most other places. Finally, it’s not very close to transit. Great place if you are driving by car but for how much bussing I was doing it was not that close. There’s also no grocery stores or even convenience stores nearby so bring snacks. All in all, nice, clean and good neighbourhood just wish for a bit more communication.

Great place to call home for a few days

This was a really nice property in a lovely neighbourhood. Easy access for the south and the surrounding area and half an hour from the airport (rush hour notwithstanding). The place was clean and comfortable with pretty much all the amenities you could ask for. The host, Morris, was great and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

Loved the stay. Owner was super awesome letting us check in early. Super friendly and overall a great host. Provided us with a good clean place to stay, suggested cool places to visit, golf courses to play at, gave us some golf balls and being generous. Overall 5+ star rating.
