From the moment you arrive at The Douglas, you feel genuinely welcomed. This property strikes that rare balance between being impeccably designed and deeply comfortable — stylish without ever feeling cold or pretentious.
The hotel itself is beautiful: thoughtful architecture, warm materials, and those little details that make a stay feel intentional rather than generic. Every space feels curated, calm, and quietly luxurious.
What truly sets The Douglas apart, though, is the staff. Every single interaction — from the concierge to the front desk — was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Nothing felt transactional. Questions were met with enthusiasm, requests were handled effortlessly, and there was a real sense that the team takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.
