Adress from conformation not matching with real location. Phone number is connecting with sleeping man in Toronto. Call to Expedia agent give me only advice: make a diferent reservation ". Horrible experience. I hope get refund.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had, needed a place to stay and found this location thinking it was a hotel near the water and many things that a hotel would have like gym, breakfast and attractions views but no… it was airbnb in a local neighborhood with separated rooms. Host could be more professional with appearance than have his underwear hanging down, rooms could be more clean despite having stains on the walls that looks like dried blood, there was no body towels provided or entertainment as well and having no proper air conditioning. Also the host stays in the airbnb too. One of the main issue we had was having a curfew to return to the home by 11:30pm-12am so he can let us in the home and he didn’t wanna provide front door passcode access. Also my wife and I was having a normal tone conversation and he constantly texting us to stay quiet cause there was multiple family’s living in the home. Rooms are not that isolated and sound proof. Also another renter arrive the same time as us and he was shocked and surprise that it wasn’t a hotel as well which is pretty sad for us guest. Honestly i doubt I’ll be a getting a refund but do not book this location if you’re expecting a hotel with many hotel services.

Everything about this stay was a nightmare. The owner tried to act like he couldn’t see my cancellation request until the day of, and Expedia was no help whatsoever. The listing advertised a shuttle, and while we were on our way there, the owner even asked how many people would be staying. I said two. Once we arrived, we got no response when trying to arrange the shuttle. When I asked again, he told us the shuttle didn’t work for us and that we should just Uber. The house had no AC, his kids were screaming throughout the day and night, and you could hear the people next to us snoring all night. The bed was extremely hard, the shower was dangerously slippery, and the shower handle actually broke. The provided soap smelled strange, and most of the house was off-limits to guests, including the large refrigerator. The owner was also very uncomfortable to deal with. On our last day, he offered us two Cokes with ice because it was hot, which felt very strange given the overall experience. I am genuinely not someone who complains. I’m extremely basic when I travel and usually get the same thing everywhere without issue. But this place was terrible from start to finish. The listing was misleading, the experience did not match what was advertised, and it was absolutely not worth the money. To make matters worse, the owner told me that if I canceled, I would probably end up spending $1,000 on another hotel. My response was essentially: obviously, because you didn’t accept my cancel

When we got to the property, we had no idea where to park so we parked on some dead grass up on the side in front of a fence. The man came to the door, asked where we had a reservations and we said yes, and then he really didn’t know what room I booked and said it was upstairs so we went upstairs. It goes. Oh well I’m just gonna upgrade you well the room he upgraded us to was the one that I booked in the first place then we were told that the water was free. They were refilled bottles that were set on the table, look like they’ve been used several times by other people it was tapwater not sanitary at all. The caps were already an unscrewed and broke. I was not gonna drink water from those. There was hair in the corner of the bedroom a big wad of black hair we pulled the drawer out from where the water and stuff was and there was a bunch of black bags and garbage in there in the bathroom. You cannot use the bathtub because there is no plug so you have to use the shower. I almost fell in the shower. My husband did fall in the shower because there is no grips on the bottom of the shower it is not safe. There is no handle to hold onto the tub is really slick. The whole property is not accessible for somebody that’s handicapped. I did not know that I am not able to do stairs very well, but I made it upstairs and I didn’t go back down until we left. Not sure if we were able to use the rest of the property. And only a few of the pictures that are posted on there is the actual proper
