”Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with one exception. It was indicated that check-in could be at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were informed that a room was not available yet. A room was not made available until 4pm. In the big picture, not a huge deal, given everything else was superb; nonetheless, we would have appreciated being able to check in at the time indicated in the reservation document. ”
