”Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again.”

”Room was perfect and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The access to Whistlet Village was exactly what we were looking for. 5 min walk to the Gondala and steps to the village. The fireplace was cozy, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the afternoon Apres snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the only thing that was very underwhelming, the variety was nice but the food itself was not good. We will definitely be coming...

”The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely.”

”I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!”

”Convenient lockers near to Creekside Gondola. Great parking that was not overly tight. Amazing rooms with comfortable beds. The only downside was that the food on site was not excellent. We tried all of the dining options. ”
