We had everything we needed. We happily used the supplied beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels on beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The beach themed decor is carried throughout the unit :)”

We enjoyed some GREAT Italian food, a nice trip to the beach which was also very close, and some cruising. It was a memorable stay!”

”We, Mother and daughter) stayed for a month April into May. House is as pictured. Great location for walking to the beach, which we did daily. House was decently equipped for the month, would recommend some different kitchen dishes (not glass) and a few more utensils. Beds were decently comfortable and all bedrooms had a fan and tv. ”Even with ongoing construction and the weather too cold to enjoy the pool/hot tub, this was a comfortable place to stay in a very convenient location. And with two full bathrooms! Neil communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!”

”Very comfy and cozy little place with all the amenities you'd hope for. Great for a couple or small family. the Pool was the main attraction for us, each afternoon after the Beach trip or Lunch. Very quiet although in the middle of a large beach area neighborhood. 5 -10 Min drive to all major beaches or park beaches (Vanderbilt and Collier Park). Great area for shopping and restaurants, even a Dunkin' Donuts in walking distance for morning coffee. Would highly recommend and will possibly come...
