Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. ”This hotel advertises that gives breakfast but after you check in and asked what time the breakfast in the morning that’s when they tell you that they are not offering breakfast, plus the room was dirty and the trash can still having trashes from the others guess, also when you open the door of the room you can smell the mold. This place is horrible, I think that I need my money back!”

”This hotel staff was less than accommodating. There were no towels in our room, we had to ask and then go with staff to get them ourselves. We never had washcloths in our room for 4 days. The staff would just stare when asked questions and not respond. We had to pay for parking, what a joke. WORST hotel stay ever!”

Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport. ”

”Good location, clean rooms. Great and friendly people . The only downside, breakfast ,only eggs. No bacon or sausage. Friendly staff , our hats off to the cleaning crew.”

”The balcony rooms are wonderful for ocean views. The top floor is the best. The indoor pool was nice and has pool towels. There are no beach towels. The rooms are large and comfortable. My bed was a tiny saggy in the middle where everyone would first sit. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and cold options. Coffee/tea and ice water 24 hours in the lobby. ”Overall, our stay was average. The room was very spacious and would be great for longer stays, which we really appreciated. We did have a balcony, but we were disappointed that it was not a beachfront balcony as we had expected. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and could definitely be improved. Despite those issues, the room itself was comfortable and roomy, making it a good option for extended stays.”

”The first room they gave us had a horrible smell. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the wall. The second the inside lock was broken and it had no towels. We made the best of the situation but I’ll never book here again. The only thing that did work was the a/c”
