”The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. ”

”The staff were professional and friendly. Beds were comfy, room clean. The breakfast was basic, but good. I forgot my jacket in the room, called them, and they already had it put aside ready for pickup. Would stay again!”

”Room not cleaned, motel ran out of shampoo. Didn’t even seem to perturbed about running out of shampoo on a long weekend, fully booked! Unimpressed.”

”The hotel and rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool room was really nice and warm . had a tropical feel to it and the shower for the pool had nice hot water so you were comfortable showering before entering the pool. The breakfast was the only disappointment. The only hot food was waffles, no eggs or bacon/sausage. Maybe it was offseason... Don't know. Other than the breakfast our stay was great.”

”I’m ok with our stay. I’m a little bit disappointed, since the hot tub was unavailable. The breakfast was l also not great- I understand the food is frozen, but I didn’t expect the taste to be that bad. Other than that, everything else was ok.”

”The only items I was a bit disappointed was the Breakfast this time, because I traveled often to this location and Breakfast was always good before. This time the first day the little frying sausages were cooked, not fried, and of course I missed both days the bacon. The second day they stuffed the old Hashbrowns into the scrambled eggs and baked it. Not enjoyed this at all. ”Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! ”

”We had a fantastic stay at Microtel! We booked the suite and loved the use of the kitchen and the extra space. The pool was fantastic, except that the bottom of it was super rough and all of the kids got scrapes on it every time they swam. My one major complaint is with the breakfast. Yes they had food, but nothing great. They had one waffle iron that was very slow and backed everything up. No pancakes. On the weekend they removed the waffle maker and replaced it with eggos. There were never any...
