”Ocean view. Old unmaintained room. Grotty -like it has not been cleaned properly for years. Outdoor shower hot water intermittent, the rocks for shower wall were black and slimy. Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. The pool was cloudy, and also showed the same lack of maintenance. Surrounding furniture old and shabby. Sun lounge cushions left out in the weather had...

”The staff are very good, but this property is very tired and in need of a major update. The pictures DO NOT look anything like what we stayed in. The air conditioning did not work, the toilet leaks (from the bowl), cleaning staff did not clean the room, ants are everywhere in the room. ”
