The space
The villa is 233 m2 on two levels. The first floor is an open space that includes a kitchen, dining room and living room, leading to the veranda to the sea. On this level there is a bathroom with a toilet and a sauna operating in two modes - infrared and traditional Finnish sauna.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Large bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and wardrobe. The other two bedrooms can be combined through the door between them, as well as used independently. They use the bathroom on the floor or the one on the lower level. All bedrooms have sea views. Behind the house there is a garden with a place to relax.

Other things to note
The villa is 20 minutes south of the center of Varna in the Priboy area. Close to the villa are two other large sandy beaches – Chernomorets-Pasha Dere and Veteran-Fichosa. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, a shop and a fishing village. For lovers of walks in the forest, there are hiking trails by the sea that will definitely intrigue you
