In this neat apartment you can feel the beat of Varna.You are on walking distance(5min)from all central restaurants,clubs,port of Varna,Summer theater,Festival Centre ,Varna roman baths,Cathedral Varna, Archaeological Museum. If you need of calmness,you can stay under the stars on the rooftop terrace.There is a workplace and a bar area.Тhe location is suitable for parents-it's a few steps from the children's corner in the sea garden and the beach.Тhe bus to the airport is 3 minutes away.

The building is a monument of culture - built in 1907, but in 2015 it was upgraded and renovated. You can feel the spirit of old age and aristocracy, but at the same time have all the comforts and the sea at your fingertips :).We have set a workplace and a bar area, suitable for breakfast and a light dinner or you can just enjoy the the sunset.Apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator!

Parking place is paid extra 15lv per day.

In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document

Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.

Dear guests, please note that we provide the foldable crib upon request only, and it remains folded to uphold hygiene standards. If you need the crib during your stay, please inform us in advance. Additionally, please specify if you would like it to be unfolded.

PARKING: If guests use the parking, there is a fee of 15 BGN per day.
