## Space
Welcome to our modern and bright apartment, perfect for a mountain holiday with family or friends. Enjoy a sunny south-facing balcony with breathtaking views of the peaks.
For sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds for children or friends, and a sofa bed in the living room (Please note that linens are not included, but can be added as an option).
In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
After a day on the slopes, gather in the spacious living room to enjoy a raclette dinner or a card game in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A travel cot, raclette machine, and hair dryer are provided free of charge.
A secure ski locker is also available for your convenience.


Check-in is available from 4pm to 8pm.
A late arrival fee will be charged: €20 for arrivals between 9pm and 10pm, and €40 for arrivals between 10pm and 11pm.
Please note that no arrivals will be accepted after 11pm.

## Access
The apartment is located on the first and top floor of the chalet. Please note that it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Free parking nearby ensures a smooth and stress-free arrival.

## Interaction
Lara, our local concierge service, will welcome you on arrival and assist you at departure. She will be available if you need anything during your stay.

## Neighborhood
Nestled in Chalet Saint-Patrick, the apartment enjoys a quiet setting in the most beautiful part of the resort, just 50m from the slopes. With plenty of snow, you can even ski straight from the doorstep!

## Transit
A shuttle bus leaves daily from the resort center, in front of the tourist office, connecting Vars to the Guillestre-Montdauphin train station.

## Notes
*Bed linen and towels can be rented for €20/person.
A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. For this we use the secure Swikly online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
