”This is a super cute property on the shore with amazing views. My stay was cut short due to property issues that can happen to anyone at anytime and easily resolved, but things happen to homes. As a home owner, I totally understand this so I would never ding a rental because of this. Kat was amazingly responsive and took care of dealing with this while making sure I was refunded for the day I couldn’t stay there while they fixed the property. ”Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”
