”Room wasn’t ready at check in time and the hot tub was supposed to be fixed but was not. Pool area had no towels and was not clean.”

”I stayed 4 days and couldn’t manage to get my room cleaned from housekeeping during my stay. Front desk staff did the very minimal in answering questions and addressing issues. Apathetic at best. Rooms could use a refresh as it was apparent flooding had occurred at some point in the past.”

”Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back.”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”Kitchen didn’t have any utensils and towels. No paper towels, tissues or cups. No coffee or tea pots. Plenty empty cigarettes boxes on floor stairs. ”

”First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter. I went down to the lobby and spoke to manager on duty and told him and he told me that the “Premium experience” just guarantees me a room with two bed…no upgraded towels and sheets, no...

”Great stay overall! The room was very clean and comfortable, which made a big difference. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. I also really loved the technology throughout the hotel—it made everything more convenient and modern. Would definitely stay here again!”
