”Nice and quiet room. We have a sunset dinner on the bridge rooftop and the transparent building facade has lights on at night. The restaurant provides a variety of delicious food and help to accommodate our takeout with glassware and silverware. The public library room have many card games /toys for kids.”

The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful throughout my stay and moved me to a different room. Second room was okay, a little run down but it was clean enough and the AC worked. ”Very nice and efficient hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and loved that they kept the tea (coffee) bar open 24 hours! Bedding was comfortable and we liked the design of the room.”

”There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.”

Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable.”

”I get to the hotel and no one is at the desk. They left a note to call Michele. She states the hotel was understaffed. She gave me my room code by phone. Later the rep at the desk showed up and gave me my key card to the room. The room was smelling like cigarettes. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again.”
