Just 3/4 mile or 1.4 km away from the beach, the property is nestled in the native Guanacaste jungle. The property is a rare uncut area of Playa Negra with old Guanacaste trees that are the home of a Howler Monkey family. You can see and hear them in the trees above each house when they come out to play. Iguanas are everywhere and have homes they’ve lived in for years so they need space to feel free to roam.

THE POOL is epic with it’s baja ledge to sit/lay just a few feet under the salt water to soak the sun and stay cool!

This small surf town is really a jewel with all the best secret goodies that Tamarindo can’t beat!

If you feel like having a dose of the busy hustle of Tamarindo, the drive is just 20 minutes since the newly paved road and transportation can be arranged with an extra cost

There is plenty of parking but if you choose not to rent a car, airport pickup can be arranged at an additional cost. The closest airport is Liberia (LIR) 60 - 90 minutes away. San Jose (SJO) is a 4 hour drive.
