Casa El Palmar 1 is a modern, luxuriously furnished holiday home in El Palmar, one of Spain's most beautiful coastal villages, celebrated for its long, golden sandy beaches. The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), and a well-appointed bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, and fans are available throughout.



The highlight is the generous outdoor space: a beautifully maintained garden, a covered and furnished terrace ideal for alfresco dining, a dedicated barbecue area, a private pool, and an outdoor shower—perfect for long, sunny afternoons under the Andalusian sky. Shops, restaurants, and bars are within a 5-minute walk, and the beach is just 250 metres from the house.



Bed linen and towels are included. On-site parking is available. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Access is restricted to guests listed in the reservation only. Parties, events, and celebrations are not permitted. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Please respect the community's quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and avoid loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours.
