On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with air conditioning, two sofas, satellite TV, and a dining area for 6. Step directly onto the terrace with a built-in barbecue – ideal for sociable evenings outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, and more, so you can easily cook your own meals.



Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: all with air conditioning, one with a double bed, two with two single beds each, all with built-in wardrobes. Two modern bathrooms – one with a bathtub, one with a shower – offer extra comfort, especially for families or small groups. There's also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.



A highlight is the private rooftop terrace with sea views, perfect for sunsets. Right across the street, a well-kept communal pool with sunbathing lawn invites you to relax.
