La Golondrina beach and pool

La Golondrina (“the tern”) is a holiday home in a well-kept residential area above the small harbour of Caleta de Vélez, about 30 km east of Málaga on the Costa del Sol. The Baviera golf course is right next door. Its peaceful location, panoramic views over the bay of Torre del Mar to La Maroma, and proximity to the sea make this house especially appealing.



Inside, you will find a bright, maritime-inspired atmosphere. The living room features air conditioning, a large satellite TV, DVD player, and a comfortable corner sofa with lovely sea views. Underfloor heating provides warmth in winter. A highlight is the spacious glazed veranda: wide sliding glass doors open up to stunning views of the mountains and sea.



There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for restful sleep. The bathroom includes a large shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet, ample storage, and a hairdryer. The open kitchen with breakfast bar and terrace access is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plenty of crockery. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.



In front of the kitchen is a terrace with seating, sunshade, and barbecue. By the pool, you’ll find four loungers, umbrellas, and a large outdoor shower. Despite its hillside setting, the house is easily reached via a staircase with ten steps. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, hairdresser, and weekly market are just 800 m away; the beach is about a 15-minute walk.
