”The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the TV screen mirroring didn't work. And we couldn't get the shower to work - more important! - so I went to the front desk to ask them to send someone up (phone wasn't working) and they never did. They did seem aware that it was tricky to use, so I don't think we were alone in having issues. Anyway, long story short, we were jetlagged and starving so we couldn't wait for the shower fix for more than 2 hours, and we were heading out at 7am the...

”Great hotel and really pleasant staff. I will definitely be back.”

”Ihanan rauhallinen aito historiallinen Hasienda.”

”Hiukan kauempana keskustasta. Hyvät julkiset yhteydet. Bussipysäkki hotellin edustalla.”

”Breakfast was disappointing — an hour after it started, the tables were already empty, and the staff didn’t bother to refill them. The breakfast staff didn’t seem very service-minded, and even though we went at different times, neither of us ended up getting any coffee. The fruit seemed old, and the breakfast definitely isn’t worth paying for separately — it’s better to go elsewhere for breakfast. The pool only gets sunshine in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable, and it was a nice touch...

”Logement proche très transport en commun”

”Personale cortese e camera in ordine. Consiglio solo di dotare i bagni con asciugacapelli, prezzo e qualità ottima. Vicino alla metropolitana e alla fermata dell’autobus per l’aeroporto.”

”Melko kaukana Sevillan keskustasta. Hotellin omalla pikkubussilla helppo käydä keskustassa. Ystävällinen palvelu. ”

”The bedroom & bathroom layout was really good …. Cotton bedding was crisp & fresh The receptionist was efficient & friendly Located in a quiet area The pool looked very inviting though we didn’t use it on this occasion”

”I liked the place and the staff, but when I last night came to the place behind the place, it was dangerous, the place of gipsys”

”Small but nice gym. Friendly staff. Located quite far from the city center. ”

”Our room 307 was great with large balcony and separate bedroom. The hotel is a bit far from centre and the main sights, but it was easy to hop on bus and get closer to them. Hotel is at district of hospitals, so some ambulance sirens could be heard every now and then. Great little grocery shop in the downstairs was nice to buy some snacks or even food.”

”The reception upon arrival cannot be praised. There were 3 employees, one of whom had customers and the others were staring at their computers. None of them even said hello. So I stood there waiting until a man nodded just enough for me to dare approach. Nothing was said, and after a while, he transferred my passport to the woman next to him. That also puzzled me, whether the transfer was temporary or not. It turned out that she finally took care of my matter. Breakfast was still excellent, and...

”the bus does not connect to the metro station. bad and expensive breakfast.”
