”Location & Property The hotel is conveniently located if you are visiting Tenorio Volcano and Río Celeste, although it is not right next to the main road. You have to drive about 10 minutes from the main road to reach the property. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so if you don't plan to have dinner at the hotel, you'll need to drive back to the main road to find somewhere to eat. The property consists of several houses surrounded by gardens and jungle, creating a very peaceful and...

”These hosts were so sweet and helpful throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and very peaceful!”

”Nice property. Very well situated and quiet. Was pretty clean. Space to park car if you rent one. A toaster would have been a great option to have! Host was very responsive. Would stay again at this property”

”Peaceful area with beautiful view. The house was super clean and fantastic shape. The host, Anna, was extremely professional, quick to respond, very informative and eager to please. Great job Anna! ”

”This place was perfect!! It's a peaceful beautiful location close to La Fortuna but away from the tourist area. Fran was an amazing host!! We stayed here for our wedding and they treated us to a complementary float breakfast and even carved us a handmade ornament with our wedding day date on it! This place is great!! 100% recommend!”

”Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.”

”It was in a great location, only about 6 minutes from all of the restaurants in the area. It was clean and felt very homey.”

”The property was in a nice family neighborhood, with friendly helpful neighbors, and a gorgeous view that was accurate as shown in the photos. We loved El Castillo overall. The host advertised this via Expedia as "Entire place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and that is what I expected we were reserving and paying for. We got there and found it was 2 separate studio rentals on levels 1 and 2 of the house. The landlady was nice...

”This place was perfect for our visit to the area. We wanted to spend time around the volcano and spend a day at Los Logos Resort and this property was close to both. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the chickens and taking in the incredible view of the volcano. Would definitely recommend this place.”

”Clean and safe location. Located near all of the tourist activities but quite far from town and would require a vehicle. Host was wonderful to communicate with, hot water stopped working and it was fixed within minutes by staff. Overall excellent stay I would book again.”

”Magnifique propriété près de la nature située dans un quartier sécuritaire. Propriétaire qui répond rapidement à nos questions. Gros coup de coeur. Merci pour tout!”
