”A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.”

”We stayed one night with our dog on route and it suited is fine despite being next to the highway. The room and bathroom, although small, was clean and comfortable. Fast food nearby. We did not notice the traffic noise on the highway. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if passing thru.”

”The room and property were up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, nice options. Location was also safe and convenient. We would stay here again. ”

”The beds were so comfortable that we overslept and missed breakfast. We stayed here before and will stay here again as the price is right and it’s easy to get to. The hotel is pretty much at the Millcreek Mall and there’s shopping and places to eat within walking distance. ”

”The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

”Everything was clean. Hot tub was broken. No sheets or blanket for pull out sofa. Couldn’t get in gym. Breakfast was so so. ”

”We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great and super friendly. And the place was very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We weren’t expecting all that. They had happy hour one day,special treats out the next. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area.”

”Rooms next to thw pool shouldn't be rented when there is a large ground or people throwing a birthday party. The noise was terrible! We heard it over the hot tub and the tv. The gusts having the party were then roomed above us so when the pool closed the noise was over our heads”

”Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott ”

”This is our third visit to the carriage house and we love staying here. We come every december to spend an early Christmas with family. We wouldnt stay anywhere elsr. This past weekend though, The Diamond All Stars Cafe was not open and the other place associated with the carriage house doesnt sell breakfast so we were on our own both saturday and sunday for breakfast. ”

”The electricity was off when I arrived- made it difficult to check in. Didn't come on until 3 in the morning. So, couldn't do any amenities until breakfast.”
