Inshore Fishing with guide
There were 3 people in my group. The fishing trip was a birthday gift for my brother who turned 75 during our stay. My son accompanied me. Each of us had a room. My room had a full bathroom with 2 doors which was convenient for guests. There was a second bathroom with a shower. There was plenty of hot water for showers and lots of towels. The washer and dryer worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an ice machine that was packed with ice. Our fishing guide picked us up at the house boat dock. I would use houseboat again. My only suggestion to property owner is to paint some of the interior including the refrigerator and purchase some new coffee cups.

Great 2 day Fishing weekend
This was a great family and friends get-together for a fishing weekend. Lots of "fishing vibe" and camaraderie down there with many people grilling on the water-side porch and good conversations w neighbors (strangers). Very relaxing. Nothing fancy with this place, but none of these house boats are. Just view them as a fishing camp and you won't be disappointed. Second time there and will definitely go again!

Fishing trip with Friends
The place was great and exactly what we needed to entertain our out of town friends on an offshore fishing trip. The AC worked great after a long hot day, which made it relaxing, and the ice machine was a plus.

Ice machine didn’t work and owner was aware apparently. We didn’t find out until getting there and had to call him then he informed us with excuses. This was a major issue as it’s a FISHING camp.

Had a pile of trash at the beginning of Dock B stayed there our whole stay. Was located on Marina property. Needs to be corrected. Drains on house boat were slow and seemed to need better venting.

Perfect for a fishing trip out of Venice
Nice place to stay for a fishing trip out of Venice marina. Plenty of sleeping space and two bathrooms is a plus. Our captain even came and picked us up at the houseboat so we didn't have to carry our stuff over to his dock. The ice machine was nice to have as well when we packed up our coolers to go home.

Spacious and cold AC
This unit was in a great location. The working icemaker, cold AC, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space made this a nice place to stay for a 4 day fishing trip. Hope it's available on our next trip.

Location Location Location
Ana’s house boat was the perfect spot for my family to stay while fishing with guides in Venice. The boats were able to come right up to the dock in the morning and drop us off at night, it worked great. The accommodations in the house were just what we needed between fishing trips, the large ice maker made it possible to safely pack our fish in coolers, and the ability to grill outside and eat on the dock or in the AC made it very convenient. Great spot for making memories!

I would’ve like to have had another couch as it only has one as well as one recliner. It has a huge kitchen table that could be replaced by the couch. And the teenagers would have liked a larger tv. Otherwise perfect

Ana’s Houseboat was perfect for our adult group of nine. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths we never felt like we were on top of each other. The home was clean and well stocked . We will rebook in the future.

Great place to stay!
This was our first trip to venice and this was perfect!! The charter captain came right to the house and picked us up off the back porch to go out on the water, and a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of fishing. Thank you! We will definately stay here again when we come back!
