Direct water access and private dock! Our private rental is conveniently located at Venice Marina, on Sports Marina Road, off of Highway 23, in Venice, Louisiana - home to the World's Best Fishing! There is ample parking for boats and trailers. Spacious lodging for a group and extended stays. Our private rental is simply superior - it includes all of the luxuries and comforts of home to maximize your enjoyment, experience and pleasure, while in Venice.

Our home boasts 3 Bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms with over 2600 square feet of living space and sleeps 11 guests, with each person having his/her own bed. It is perfectly appointed and fully furnished. It includes TWO fully equipped kitchens, a solid landline telephone, satellite television with local channels, outside deck, ice machine, private dockage, fryer, BBQ grill, plus much more!

It has an open floor plan which includes a large living room, dining, and kitchen combination and includes fishing photographs & trophies of past guests and their catch. The upstairs AND downstairs fully equipped kitchens include a Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Coffee Pot, and Toaster Oven. All of the pots, pans, dishware, and utensils are provided. There is a laundry room that includes a washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed & a private full bath. The second bedroom includes (3) three sets of bunk beds with comfy pillowtop mattresses (Vibe 12" Memory Foam) , & a private full bath. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin pillowtop mattresses (Vibe 12" Memory Foam), and (2) individual twin beds & a private full bath. Overall, our rental sleeps 11 guests with each person having their own bed or 12, if doubled up in the master. All beds feature 1800 thread count microsoft, super soft sheets.

Our home boasts a STRONG satellite signal for Hulu, NetFlix, SlingTV, Prime Video, and much more! Also, featuring a private landline phone for crystal clear phone calls (your option to share the # with your crew back home lol). Also, attached 1st and 2nd floor wood deck with exterior tables & chairs, along with two barbeque grills.

Venice Riverhouse is located in the heart of Venice Marina. The main fuel dock is located steps away and features, fish and duck cleaning stations, fuel 24/7, ice 24/7, stocked ships store (bait, tackle, marine supplies, etc.), fish cleaning, fish processing and shipping services and a roving night watchman.
