”Problems with checking in, nobody answered the buzzer. We were at the hotel 2 am but check in was 24/7. Gladly we got a nice local to call the hotel for us and got in. Staff was nice but spoke very limited English. Kiev is a big city and the hostel is quite far from sightsees and city center. Hotel was average compared to the price. Walls are quite thin and hot water runs off fast. Also cold air blow through the windows. Also a small details to update would be a trash bin in the room which we...

”Very remote location & under construction! No visible office. Met by 1 female staff & saw no one else except for restaurant staff! No check in or out! Arranged for Taxi pickup for next morning but it never showed up! Had to talk with local to get one for departure! Made me late for flight! No customer service!”

Hotel is located in very well quite place; however, it is very close to McDonald and shopping center 5 minutes to walk. It is very clean place, small problem with Fi-Wi. If travel with family and kids in hotel is kitchen and playground for kids.”
