However if you only have 3 bedrooms Don’t advertise it as 4..and then explain later that one of the bedrooms is a pullout couch in a 2nd Living room..their wasn’t the privacy or comfort that an actual bedroom would provide. The only other complaint was the price per night..while we stayed at the property the owner was advertising it for less that HALF of what we paid per night which is closer to the fair market value of the property…It just...

”This place was really great. Short walk to the beach or town. It had everything you need. Most places have a starter kit of supplies but they had supplies for the entire stay. Extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee and spices. Raina was great, always quick to respond and checked on us. We will stay again.”
